Alias versus redirect?

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

I’m having a problem with multiple domains pointing to one host/site. Does anyone know the best way forward? Is it to set up a separate small hosting for each domain and then 301 to the main web address? Or is just pointing the domains to the host the best way forward in the DNS using alias and then getting a 200 okay?

I’ve searched for this online and got very few answers/solid grounding for either tactic.

The first step in optimising a website for the search engines is Keyword Research.

- What are people going to type into a search engine to find your site?
- What words or combinations of words are used most in your area?
- Which are most relevant to your website?  (more…)
